Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the natural stone or tile sector. The ideal candidate will manage financial processes, including GRN costing, bill processing, journal entries, and cost analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

• GRN Costing Process: Oversee Goods Receipt Note (GRN) costing for raw materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with procurement policies.
• Purchase Bill Processing: Verify and process purchase bills, maintaining proper documentation and reconciling discrepancies.
• Service Bill Processing: Manage service-related invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment in compliance with company policies.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and process journal entries for various transactions, ensuring alignment with accounting standards.
• Employee Benefits Processing: Handle employee benefit claims, reimbursements, and related financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Bank Transactions: Monitor and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records and timely execution of payments.
• Cash Transactions: Manage cash flow, record petty cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash management practices.
• Costing: Perform cost analysis and maintain accurate costing records for raw materials, production, and finished goods. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize cost efficiencies.

• 8-10 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the natural stone or tiles industry is highly preferred.
• ICAN Certification (Mandatory).
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
