Job Description:

Video Production and Editing

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos that align with our brand's vision and goals.
• Trim, cut, and assemble video segments, adding music, voiceovers, and special effects to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Suggest innovative ideas to elevate video content and boost audience engagement.

Post-Production and Optimization

• Apply color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate video quality.
• Sync audio and video, and improve sound quality using advanced editing software.
• Adapt videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• E nsure videos are optimized for different formats and resolutions.

Equipment Management and Quality Control

• Utilize industry-leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring proper backup of video projects.
• Review final videos for errors and ensure they meet project objectives.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with camera operation and shooting techniques is a plus.
