Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Real Estate sector. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing market analysis and pricing recommendations, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings and open houses, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be required to stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
