We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid and Tenders Manager to lead our team in managing and overseeing the preparation and submission of competitive bids and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and win new contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
- Analyze tender documents and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive bid library, including proposal templates and case studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of submitted bids and tenders to improve future submissions.
- Lead tender responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and manage bid budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management, tendering, or procurement.
- Proven track record of winning bids and securing new businesses/contracts.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional certification (e.g., APMP, CIPS, BPMP) is an added advantage.
- Experience in construction, oil and gas, facility management or related industries.
