Bid and Tenders Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid and Tenders Manager to lead our team in managing and overseeing the preparation and submission of competitive bids and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and win new contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
  • Analyze tender documents and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive bid library, including proposal templates and case studies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of submitted bids and tenders to improve future submissions.
  • Lead tender responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and manage bid budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management, tendering, or procurement.
  • Proven track record of winning bids and securing new businesses/contracts.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional certification (e.g., APMP, CIPS, BPMP) is an added advantage.
  • Experience in construction, oil and gas, facility management or related industries.
