Hempawa Consult Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and reviewing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as monitoring and managing the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of loan recovery activities and customer interactions. They will also be responsible for preparing financial documents, reports, and other required paperwork, including budget preparation and financial statement reviews.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Finance Associate will manage accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. They will also handle routine client communications and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, records, and other administrative functions as needed.
