Ascentech Services Electrical Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join our team at Ascentech Services. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate to lead our electrical operations, overseeing maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, machinery, and motors.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment downtime and resolution times, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on equipment performance and maintenance trends, highlighting areas for enhancement.
  • Supervise and coach the electrical team to ensure optimal performance, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure efficient operation of both renewable and non-renewable power sources, including gas generators, in line with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electrical operations, preferably in a heavy industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of managing electrical operations, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
