Job Summary: As the Head of Franchise, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic franchise development, partnership cultivation, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing leads to drive franchise sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide advisory support to prospective investors, guiding their investment decisions with a focus on delivering value.
  • Serve as the account officer for designated franchise brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present periodic franchise investment update reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights.

Investor Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a detailed investor database, providing continuous updates on franchise opportunities.
  • Conduct site inspections and organize tours of franchisors' outlets with prospective investors.
  • Manage franchise investment advisory retainership agreements with fee-paying prospects.

Brokers and Partnerships:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard brokers to promote franchise sales.
  • Provide comprehensive training and onboarding to recruited-brokers, setting clear expectations.
  • Engage and support brokers to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals.

Brand Protection and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to drive innovation in franchise operations.
  • Work with the digital marketing team and brokers to execute effective franchise promotion activities.
  • Plan and execute high-impact investment and networking events, such as Franchise Matchmaking Forums and Business Exhibitions.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide strategic work direction and leadership to support consultants, ensuring team productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and franchise growth initiatives.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve set performance targets, including franchise/distributorship investment sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain brand protection and adhere to standards across all franchise operations.
  • Execute successful investment promotion activities, events, and campaigns with measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • MBA degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in business development and HNI relationship management.
