About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members.
  • Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales, and status reports.
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improves through feedback.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • SSCE.
  • 1-year work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
