As a Sales Representative at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinates sales effort with team members.
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales, and status reports.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improves through feedback.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- SSCE.
- 1-year work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
