About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Head HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Ascentech Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. They will also oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best talent is attracted and retained. Furthermore, they will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager. They should be proficient in using HR systems and analytics tools, have in-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance, and HR practices, and be able to develop and implement HR strategies in a rapidly growing or changing organization. Professional certification (CIPM/SHRM SCP/PHRi...) is an added advantage.
