Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles and experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP is a plus.
