- Train and guide tailors to improve skills and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet garment specifications.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including expense tracking and budget management.
- Resolve production issues promptly.
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fashion industry.
