Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Team Member to join our dynamic team at HRPS. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to a positive and engaging dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless table service, from greeting guests to serving food and beverages.
  • Manage guest interactions, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards and promote a positive working environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest feedback and sales data, to support business growth and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a fine dining setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
