Visual Storyteller

At Estuary Business Solution Ltd, we're seeking a talented Visual Storyteller to lead our video content creation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand videos that captivate our audience and effectively communicate our company's vision and mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistent brand representation across all marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, development, and business) to guarantee design coherence and alignment with brand goals.
• Iterate on designs using feedback and data, proactively shaping creative strategy and contributing to brainstorming sessions focused on refining and elevating brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update the company's content library, including video presentations and in-app animations.

Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design, including workflow management and adherence to brand visual guidelines.
• Present a strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles, effectively communicating intended messages.
• Demonstrate expertise in fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, and branding), with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.
• Proven ability to convey brand messaging through short, impactful videos optimized for social media engagement.
• Expert knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter), including evolving formats, trends, filters, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and defending design choices in complex situations.
• Knowledge of AI and editing tools for video and animation production.
• Proficient in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace.
