**Job Description:**

As a Brewing Process Operator at GOLDEN GUINEA BREWERIES PLS, you will be responsible for:

* Operating equipment: Using computerized systems and sensors to regulate temperature, pressure, pH, and gravity of the brew.

* Maintaining equipment: Ensuring brewing equipment is well-maintained and running efficiently.

* Monitoring quality: Taking samples, performing quality checks, and recording data to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

* Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during the brewing process.

* Ensuring cleanliness: Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the production process.

* Collaborating: Working closely with the brewing team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

* Managing inventory: Ensuring the brewery has the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet production demands.

* Contributing to improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and working towards implementing changes to enhance overall performance.
