Job Summary

As a Junior Internal Auditor at Numero Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our financial statements, operations, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual audit plans to identify and assess risks.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks to our assets, operations, and reputation.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and the audit committee.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation of audit recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of internal auditing experience, preferably in a group company setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Audit Coverage: Completion of audit plans and coverage of high-risk areas.
  • Audit Quality: Quality of audit reports and recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identification and assessment of potential risks.
  • Internal Control Effectiveness: Evaluation of internal control effectiveness and recommendation of improvements.
