About Us:

We are a leading oil and gas company seeking a highly skilled Retail Supervisor Lead to oversee the daily operations of our filling station. As a Retail Supervisor Lead, you will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise staff, including pump attendants, security guards, and cleaners.
  2. Monitor sales at the forecourt and product stock levels.
  3. Prepare reports for management on sales, product stock, and station performance.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in filling station operations or retail management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints.
