Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks, including recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records by utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare account analysis and monthly reports, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and payments and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Prepare financial statements and other financial reports, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts, helping to drive business growth and success.
  • Support tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and participating in tax audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • HND/B.Sc degree in Accounting or related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and tasks with a sense of responsibility.
