Hospitality Ambassador

As a Hospitality Ambassador at Monat, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for families and children. This role requires a passion for hospitality, creativity, and multitasking abilities.

**Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on location and experience)

**Job Description:**

The Barista/Bartender is a dynamic role that combines beverage preparation, customer service, and operations management. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and operating the cash register.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with food preparation for light snacks or baked goods (as applicable).
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; barista training is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience as a barista, bartender, or in food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating coffee machines and blenders.
