Job Description

Mopheth Community Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Intern Pharmacist to join our team and assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy. The role provides valuable hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting, enabling the successful candidate to gain insights into pharmaceutical care and develop professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients under supervision.
• Support the preparation and compounding of prescriptions, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Offer medication counseling and answer patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Manage inventory, including rotation and checking for expired items, to maintain a well-stocked and organized pharmacy environment.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve seamless day-to-day operations and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
• Completion of induction is required.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and community pharmacy operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
