Job Overview:

EKO MAINTENANCE seeks a skilled Carpenter to construct, install, repair, and maintain various wooden structures and fixtures. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

• Door Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
• Building Framework Construction: Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
• General Carpentry: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship.

• Qualifications: Minimum of a Trade Test qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Skillset: Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Carpentry Knowledge: Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Physical Condition: Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
