Job Title: Corporate AttorneyWe are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our team at Dapo Opeaye and Co.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation matters and company secretariat duties, with at least 1-3 years of post-call experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation matters including court procedures and case management.
- Company Secretariat duties including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Filing of Company Resolutions at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong research skills.
- Experience in court procedures.
