Job Title: Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our team at Dapo Opeaye and Co.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation matters and company secretariat duties, with at least 1-3 years of post-call experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation matters including court procedures and case management.
  • Company Secretariat duties including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Filing of Company Resolutions at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Experience in court procedures.
