Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at DAYTONA. As an Accounting Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

About the Role:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
• Develop and implement improvements in financial reporting processes.
• Coordinating and preparing payrolls.

Requirements:

• ICAN certification (or equivalent professional qualification) is mandatory.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
