Job Opportunity:
Sales Manager – Bulk Rice Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our business in the bulk rice market. A proven track record of selling rice in bulk markets and building lasting relationships with clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for bulk rice in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience in Bulk Rice Sales: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in selling rice in bulk markets (no retail experience).
- Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for closing high-value sales.
