We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Scout for new business opportunities to expand our client base

• Recruit and vet potential guards to ensure they meet our high standards

• Conduct thorough background checks on all candidates

• Provide comprehensive training to new guards to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles

• Deploy guards to various locations, ensuring they are properly equipped and briefed

• Supervise guards' activities, providing guidance and support as needed

• Maintain a positive company image by fostering harmonious relationships with clients

• Collaborate with management to identify areas for growth and improvement

• Ensure accurate documentation of all guards before deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3+ years of experience in security management or a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team

• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
