Job Description:

The Chief Financial Strategist will be assigned primary responsibilities including:

• Developing and implementing effective financial planning strategies
• Maintaining a highly automated internal payment process
• Implementing a seamless real-time financial reporting system
• Generating timely management and profit center reports
• Executing funding options that align with the company's objectives
• Deploying cash, liquidity, and investment management strategies that optimize returns
• Carrying out analytics and providing guidance on effective profit and cost management
• Ensuring all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
• Supporting corporate and departmental strategy monitoring and reporting
• Providing financial advisory support on projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business sciences from a top-tier university, complemented by an MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA/CPA). A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a similar role is required, along with at least one year as head or deputy head of the finance function in a respected organization. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software, preferably ERP, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have in-depth knowledge of corporate financial, legal, and risk management practices, as well as extensive tax and federal regulatory compliance experience.
