IT Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Prob Digital PVT LTD. As an IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and leading the IT team.

• IT Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• System Management
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive company data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Technical Support
  • Provide timely resolution of IT issues to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance.
• Project Management
  • Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support technology-driven initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and document project outcomes.
  Qualifications & Skills
  • Educational Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5-10 years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
    • Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

    Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
