Job Title: Forklift Driver

GMAS LIMITED is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move stock around the warehouse, ensuring accurate picking and loading of orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offload stock from vehicles and move it into the warehouse after verification by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
  • Stack pallets neatly in designated areas and maintain accurate picking of orders.
  • Load customer delivery goods onto vehicles and ensure earlier departure times for branches.
  • Pick full pallets for inter-branch transfers and ensure all orders are picked correctly.
  • Assist with daily and fortnightly stock counts, maintain housekeeping, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Forklift driver.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and a polite and professional disposition.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.
  • A minimum qualification of SSCE.
