Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and control regional sales expenses to ensure alignment with budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
