Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of clothes
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area
  • Ensuring timely delivery of clean laundry to clients
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to client queries

Requirements:

  • SSCE minimum qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Laundryman in a 3-star hotel
  • Fluency in English language (written and oral)
  • Skills in upselling and negotiation
  • Energetic and resilient individual with good communication skills
