Territory Business Development Lead

As a Territory Sales Manager at Ascentech Services, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships within the designated geographical area. You will manage a portfolio of base stations, dealers, and key retail outlets, leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
- Oversee a large-scale territory encompassing 3050 base stations, 23 SNS, 4050 dealers, and key retail outlets.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performance.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers/distributors to expand the sales network and increase revenue streams.
- Prioritize timely payment collections from dealers and key retail outlets, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Continuously monitor sales performance against established targets (daily, weekly, monthly) to guarantee achievement of objectives.
