About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Ascentech Services, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships within the designated geographical area. You will manage a portfolio of base stations, dealers, and key retail outlets, leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
  2. Oversee a large-scale territory encompassing 3050 base stations, 23 SNS, 4050 dealers, and key retail outlets.
  3. Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performance.
  4. Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers/distributors to expand the sales network and increase revenue streams.
  5. Prioritize timely payment collections from dealers and key retail outlets, ensuring seamless business operations.
  6. Continuously monitor sales performance against established targets (daily, weekly, monthly) to guarantee achievement of objectives.
