We are seeking a reliable and diligent Residential Maintenance Associate to join our team at IBIC Holdings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Supply Management: Manage supplies and equipment to ensure they are always available when needed.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional guest interaction by being attentive to their needs and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
