About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, conversion, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.">
  • Lead Nurturing and Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients. Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized solutions that meet client requirements.">
  • Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients. Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.">
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences. Keep clients informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.">
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties.">
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote contracts and agreements.">
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.">

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate Industry.">
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.">
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.">
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.">
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.">
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.">
  • Self-Motivated and Driven: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive.">
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies.">
