Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. This includes managing the entire procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
- Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation
- Identify reliable suppliers, establish strong relationships, and negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and cost fluctuations to mitigate potential disruptions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost reduction techniques, and risk management
