Barista Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, menu offerings, and company policies to provide informed recommendations and advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in hospitality management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a barista or waiter/waitress.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee blends and sugar ratios.
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
