Welcome to our beauty studio in Nigeria, where we offer a wide range of services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team.

Job Description
  • Client Service: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper beauty station, and informing assigned beauticians of their arrival.
  • Appointment Management: The successful candidate will book and confirm appointments via phone and email, process transactions (cash and credit cards), and issue receipts.
  • Customer Engagement: They will welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, schedule appointments based on availability, inform clients about new services and discounts, and cross-sell services and products when appropriate.
  • Record Keeping: Our Front Desk Officer will update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered.
  • Call Center Management: They will manage our call center and maintain a tidy reception area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position is essential.
  • Familiarity with Office Machines: Familiarity with office machines is required.
  • Office Management and Bookkeeping: Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping is necessary.
  • Languages: Proficient in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • MS Office: Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and people skills, good organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
