IT Infrastructure Director

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Director to join our team at HRD Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure team, developing and implementing strategies for managing the bank's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of all technology systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, cloud computing, and IT security, with experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and virtualization. They will also have excellent leadership and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for managing the bank's IT infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support business operations.
• Oversee data center operations, including backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Monitor and optimize IT system performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, or systems engineering, preferably in the financial sector.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure management (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred.
