Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Invealth Partners Limited. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care and assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment & Care Planning:
    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social factors.
    • Develop, document, and modify patient care plans based on individual patient needs, ensuring personalized and holistic care.
  • Clinical Care & Treatment:
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, observing and reporting any side effects or adverse reactions.
    • Conduct wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures as needed, adhering to established standards and protocols.
    • Monitor patient progress, record observations, and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Patient & Family Education:
    • Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, discharge instructions, and home care.
    • Provide emotional support and reassurance, helping patients and families understand the care process.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
    • Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach to patient care.
    • Actively participate in patient care team meetings, sharing insights and advocating for patient needs.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Adhere to all infection control protocols, including sterilization and sanitation procedures.
    • Ensure that all patient interactions and care activities meet legal and regulatory standards, as well as hospital policies.
  • Documentation:
    • Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
    • Maintain clear, timely, and organized records, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
  • Continuous Learning & Development:
    • Stay informed on nursing best practices, healthcare advancements, and policy updates.
    • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Science (BSc) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Prior experience in [specific area, e.g., emergency care, pediatrics, or surgical care] is an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing protocols, healthcare regulations, and clinical practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make swift, sound decisions in emergencies.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Salary Range: 180-220
