The role of the Design Architect at Beautiful Ideas Ltd involves spearheading innovative architectural and interior design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative designs that exceed client expectations.

• Developing design concepts that align with client requirements and preferences
• Creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are executed accurately. You will also collaborate with clients to discuss project objectives, design preferences, and functional requirements.

• A degree in Architecture or related fields (Interior Architecture, Urban Design, etc.)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as a Design Architect
• Experience in interior design projects is a plus
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
