Women's Wear Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Creative Assistant to join our team at Travel Kulture. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the creative team in designing and developing our women's wear collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional support to clients during consultation sessions.
- Assist the design team with creating designs and taking body measurements.
- Conduct research on seasonal collections and trends to inform design decisions.
- Source fabrics, create mood boards, and develop design concepts that meet our brand aesthetic.
- Present designs to stakeholders and maintain accurate design files.
- Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field such as fashion design or textiles.
- 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a creative or design assistant role.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and design aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for women's fashion.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
