Programme Director

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director - Strategic Execution to join our team at FMCG Search. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic execution of key projects across various functions.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives spanning IT, operations, marketing, HR, finance, and more. This includes providing oversight, governance, and coordination across a diverse portfolio, enabling alignment with our organization's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior role. They should possess excellent leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in programme management tools, analytics platforms, and financial forecasting.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure all programmes align with organizational priorities. You will implement governance frameworks and standardized methodologies to maintain consistency and quality in execution. Additionally, you will develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for real-time visibility into program performance and risks.

You will oversee the centralized management of programs, ensuring resources, timelines, and outcomes are aligned. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and resolve conflicts, while monitoring progress of key initiatives and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met.

The Programme Director will drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. They will use data and feedback to optimize programme management practices across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in programme management, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with C-level executives and Boards of Directors is essential
