Job Description:

The Account Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, and process payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, ACCA) are a plus.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years proven experience as an Account Officer, Accountant, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards.
