Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Work Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Key responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally.
  • Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Process bills and handle payments.
  • Follow strict hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year experience as a waiter/waitress.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests professionally.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on a 2 days on, 2 days off schedule.
