Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Ascentech Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. You will be responsible for analyzing and developing business strategies to increase revenue streams, improve sales and marketing tactics, and enhance brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and management teams to align strategies and achieve growth goals
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
Requirements:
• HND or BSc in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office
• Good driving skills
