Key Responsibilities- Plan and Execute Audits: Develop and execute operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance-related audits/reviews to ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
- Define Strategic Direction: Define the strategic direction for the Internal Audit function, aligning with the overall strategic goals of the company.
- Develop Control Policies: Develop control and compliance policies/frameworks, procedures, programs, and manuals to ensure continuous review and assessment of policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, conduct internal audit reviews, and plan financial, regulatory, compliance, or operational reviews/audits.
- Contribute to Year-End Audit: Contribute to the year-end financial audit with the external auditor.
- Investigate Suspected Fraud: Coordinate investigations into suspected fraudulent practices across the organization and recommend the appropriate line of action.
