Cleanliness Specialist

About the Role

The Cleanliness Specialist is a vital member of our facilities team at Zhongxin Network Technology Co. Ltd, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the building, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
• Maintain the organization and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains (if authorized and capable).
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures, as well as safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Good communication skills (to report issues or respond to requests).

Working Conditions
