Space Planner

Eko Maintenance is seeking an accomplished Interior Designer to create exceptional design experiences for our clients.

• Deliver expert advice on design options, materials, and furnishings to align with client goals.
• Develop comprehensive designs that maximize space functionality while adhering to design requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, electricians, painters, and other trades involved in the project.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards.
• Develop design concepts and visual presentations to communicate the final look to clients.
• Recommend furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials that align with the design concept.
• Assist clients in selecting color schemes, textures, and overall aesthetic palette.

• Proficiency in design software (CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, and materials.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma in interior design or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Professional certification may be required.
