Job Description

We seek an experienced Creative Director to lead our design team in developing innovative architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and industry trends, ensuring that all projects align with our company's standards of excellence and creativity.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development:
    • Develop creative design concepts for architectural and interior projects based on client requirements and preferences.
    • Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Project Strategy:
    • Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are executed accurately.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of designers, architects, and engineers.
    • Mentor junior designers and interns on technical and creative aspects of projects.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
    • Apply this knowledge to enhance design solutions and improve project outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Architecture or related fields (Interior Architecture, Urban Design, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
