We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Operations Coordinator to join our team at RICMOF INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring that it is welcoming and comfortable for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
  • Conduct regular checks on cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are adequate and in good working order.
  • Ensure that all company standards for cleanliness are consistently met.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to protect employees and guests.
  • Clean and maintain furniture and equipment to prevent damage.
  • Interact with guests and staff professionally, responding to their requests and complaints in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Report any lost or found property to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a housekeeper or similar role.
  • SSCE qualification or equivalent.
