About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain and Logistic Officer at Excel Charis Pharmaceutical Chemical Limited. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective management of our inventory, from receipt to dispatch. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and disposals.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including invoicing, credit notes, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics and procurement processes.
Requirements:
  • OND in Social Science or related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience in accounting or analytical roles, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally or other accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office.
