**Job Title:** Chief Innovation Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Innovation Strategist to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, driving impactful projects, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that align with global development goals.
  • Provide expert advice on policy formulation, program design, and implementation.

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, including international organizations, government agencies, NGOs, and local communities. Your ability to facilitate dialogue, manage expectations, and address stakeholder concerns will be essential in achieving organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or higher in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy)
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in international development, preferably with exposure to multilateral organizations (e.g., World Bank, GIZ, IOM)
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and achieving measurable impact
